Witch, Please... Broom Making Workshop

Join Flower Child Designs on October 10th at 2:30 PM for our "Witch, Please..." Broom Crafting Workshop being held at Shady Nook Farms, LLC at 8193 College Corner Road, Centerville, Indiana.

Create your very own one-of-a-kind decorative witch broom using natural materials and your own personal style. 

Your ticket includes a base broom making kit containing a 36" rustic birch pole, approximately 1/4 lb natural broomcorn, raffia, and jute twine, and step-by-step instruction. A $5 discount is available to those who would like to bring their own broom stick. A 36 inch broom stick with a radius of 3/4 - 1 inch is ideal with a small screw set approximately 10-12 inches from the bottom for attachment of jute. If indicated, we will not have additional birch poles for you, as we will be preparing these in advance. This option must be indicated with your ticket purchase. Additional decorative items will be available for sale a la carte to include, but not limited to items such as: hand dyed broomcorn, leather cord, ribbon, bells, feathers, sage, cattails, pussy willow, lavender, dried oranges and grapefruit, and artificial floral accents while supplies last. 3 Sisters Co. Crystals and Oddities will be present as well, offering additional items and services for sale.

Tickets are limited! It is ideal to work with a partner for the wrapping the broomcorn portion of the workshop. 

You are welcome to bring your own snacks and adult beverages! This workshop does not have a specific end time, however please allow a minimum of 90 minutes to complete your craft. This workshop is appropriate for participants 13 and older.
